I share this and invite reflections on what you think and feel about the space that Ray describes as a work environment?

I found Ray Dalio every easy to listen to despite the complexity of the world he was trying to describe. His world is all about algorithms so I suppose it was natural for him to extend this beyond the trading floor. I love the idea of challenging our own opinions – this is a sound approach – I can’t begin to imagine the impact it would have in our world! Thanks for sharing Carl.
